College basketball (5 p.m., ESPN): The NIT championship game — and the winner gets to proclaim, "We're No. 66!"

Survivor: All-Stars (7 p.m., Ch. 2): The tribes are reshuffled.

Tru Calling (7 p.m., Ch. 13): Tru tries to prevent the murder of a reporter. (Well, good for her!)

Will & Grace (7:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Will introduces Grace to Vince.

CSI (8 p.m., Ch. 2): A rough, tough, husky guy is beaten to death — apparently by a skinny guy.

The Apprentice (8 p.m., Ch. 5): Contestants have to rent out a penthouse.

Frontline (8 p.m., Ch. 7): A decade after 800,000 people were slaughtered, "Ghosts of Rwanda" tries to answer the questions of what happened and why in the African nation — and why the rest of the world stood by and let it happen.

Wonderfalls (8 p.m., Ch. 13): Fox is moving this show to Thursdays from Fridays, swapping it with "Forever Eden." Which is sort of like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, because neither show is attracting an audience. That's not a bad thing as far as "Eden" is concerned, but "Wonderfalls" deserves better. In tonight's episode, Jaye listens to her parents' pink flamingos and her father ends up in the hospital . . . but it's a good show. Really.

Without a Trace (9 p.m., Ch. 2): Tony Goldwyn guest stars as twins, who may be involved in a young woman's disappearance.

Peter Jennings Reporting (9 p.m., Ch. 4): "Ecstasy Rising" looks at the origins of the illicit drug, its effects and the battle against it.

ER (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Carter urges Neela to be more pro-active.
