Since Sen. Curt Bramble's forte seems to be promoting Envirocare and disparaging its critics, then perhaps Envirocare should pay his salary. If Bramble is going to act like an Envirocare lobbyist, there is no reason why Utah citizens should pay him to be an impartial co-chair of the hazardous waste task force.
