PROVO — Two Brigham Young University juniors are the winners of the 2004 Arch L. Madsen Scholarships awarded by Bonneville International, KSL Newsradio 1160 and KSL-TV Channel 5 Television.
Aubrie Cheri Spence and Joseph Thomas Ghiz will each receive $1,200 scholarships.
