Salt Lake-based online closeout retailer Overstock.com Inc. said Tuesday it will have its annual shareholder meeting April 27 at the company's warehouse, 955 S. 3800 West.
Shareholders will vote on the election of Gordon S. Macklin and John J. Byrne as directors and on the other proposals set forth in the proxy statement.
