NEPHI (AP) — A small earthquake rumbled near Nephi Friday morning, near where two others were reported Thursday.

The University of Utah Seismograph Stations reported a magnitude 3.0 quake, centered five miles southwest of Nephi and in the same area as a 3.3 temblor Thursday morning.

Seismologists said another magnitude 3.0 quake occurred in the same area Thursday night. The quakes are part of a series of small earthquakes that began March 10.

No damage or injuries have been reported.
