The program, which will provide 20 million free locks nationwide, is funded by a $50 million grant from the U.S. Department of Justice and is managed by the National Shooting Sports Foundation. Ken Sanislo of the NSSF will be supplying locks to police departments in southern Utah County today and Sanpete County Thursday.
