State Sen. Curt Bramble's disparaging comments toward HEAL Utah and his participation in an event sponsored by Envirocare are perfect examples of why there is so little trust of our leaders today. There is no way one could argue that Bramble is unbiased toward the issues faced by the task force he leads when his actions and words are so favorable to Envirocare.
The reassurances of Sens. Pete Knudsen and Michael Waddoups that the task force will handle the decisions before them fairly and honestly will be of little comfort if Bramble is not removed from the Hazardous Waste Regulation and Tax Policy Task Force.
