FRUIT HEIGHTS The City Council and Planning Commission will meet jointly in a special session Tuesday at 7 p.m. to discuss a plan for increasing the city's level of moderate income housing.
The city has not adopted such a plan but received a moderate income housing analysis last month from a Boise, Idaho engineering firm. City Council members expect to adopt a plan in the next two months.
