Kim Peek, who inspired the movie "Rain Man," will speak at the Utah Museum of Natural History today at 2 p.m. and on Saturday at 1 p.m.
His appearances at the museum are in connection with the current "Memory Exhibit," on loan from San Francisco's Exploratorium.
Regular museum admission ($3.50 for children and $6 for adults) applies to both events. U. students, faculty and staff are free with valid I.D.
Unlike the central character in the film, Peek is not autistic. He is a mega savant who has total recall capabilities.
