Note: Fremont and Viewmont tied for second in Region 1, and Viewmont will go in as the No. 2 seed after winning the coin flip. Clearfield and Davis tied for the last playoff spot in Region 1, and will have a playoff game Friday to determine seeding.

Region 4 #4 vs. Mountain View (17-3), 5:50 p.m.

Cyprus (13-8) vs. Box Elder (13-7), 7:30 p.m.

Highland (11-10) vs. Payson (10-11), 9:10 p.m.

Note: Mountain Crest, Sky View and Logan tied for third in Region 4, but Sky View was the only team to record a victory against region champion Box Elder, so it earns the No. 3 seed. Mountain Crest and Logan will have a playoff game Friday night at Sky View to determine the league's No. 4 seed. Timpanogos, Pleasant Grove and Orem tied for third in Region 7. Pleasant Grove beat Timpanogos Thursday for the right to play Orem Friday night to determine the No. 3 seed.
