Michael D. Pavich, director of the Space Dynamics Laboratory and retired major general of the U.S. Air Force, will be the guest speaker at a "technology@breakfast" meeting Friday.
The event takes place from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Alta Club.
Pavich will discuss space-, air- and ground-based experiments that occurred throughout SDL's 45-year history. Pavich will also outline his future vision for the SDL as one of 10 University Affiliated Research Centers in the nation.
The free, monthly tech breakfasts are hosted by the Utah Technology Alliance and the Business Expansion and Retention program of the Utah Division of Business and Economic Development.
