1914: The Bluebird, Logan

1919: Lamb's, Logan (moved to Salt Lake City, 1939)

1929: Farr Better Ice Cream, Ogden

1930: Ruth's Diner, Emigration Canyon

1931: Dee's, Salt Lake City (later became Dee's Family Restaurants)

1945: Gray Cliff Lodge, Ogden Canyon

1947: The Pagoda, Salt Lake City

1948: Cinegrill, Salt Lake City

1949: Maddox Ranch House, Perry

1952: Kentucky Fried Chicken, Salt Lake City

1950: Arctic Circle, Salt Lake City

1956: Brick Oven Restaurant, Provo (opened as "Heaps of Pizza")

1959: Hires Big H Restaurant, Salt Lake City

1958: Fredrico's Pizza, Logan

1963: Tony's Pizza, Ogden

1964: Lion's Den, Ogden

1964: El Farol, Midvale

1964: Mickelson's Restaurant, Nephi

1965: El Matador, Ogden

1965: Red Iguana, Salt Lake City (opened as "Casa Grande")
