Did pioneers make the clothes, or did clothes make the pioneers? Find out as pioneer attire steps into the spotlight at a new exhibit at the International Society Daughters of Utah Pioneers museum.
An open house will be held in honor of the exhibit at Pioneer Memorial Museum, 300 N. Main, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. In addition to the new clothing room, there will be docent tours of the museum and refreshments. Archivist Mary Teresa Anderson will also be on hand to talk about the Rag Industry in early Salt Lake City. There is no admission charge.
For more information, call the museum at 538-1050 or visit the Web site at www.dupinternational.com.
