I was very concerned to see "Utah gets 'D-' for gun laws that could protect children" printed as a news item instead of an opinion piece. The Gun Violence Prevention Center of Utah and the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence are radical fringe advocacy groups purveying an extreme form of gun control. Their "grades" are simply part of an ongoing propaganda campaign dedicated to eliminating all private gun ownership. I don't think the Deseret Morning News would treat a similar press release by the National Rifle Association the same way.
