Kryptiq Corp., based in Portland, Ore., on Monday said it has acquired medical information software company MedShape LLC, based in Eagle Mountain.
Terms were not disclosed, although Kryptiq said it will retain the MedShape offices in Utah, which will focus on product development.
Kryptiq provides secure messaging and workflow automation platforms for streamlining health-care communications.
