Today on TV
Ed (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Carol gets a great job offer in New York!
That '70s Show (7 p.m., Ch. 13): Eric decides to delay going to college.
Star Trek: Enterprise (7 p.m., Ch. 24): I've tried to like this series. Really. And this episode, which involves Capt. Archer's bout with amnesia, the failure of the mission and alternate timelines, is pretty good. But the fact that so many episodes have been so below-average may explain why I keep forgetting this show is even on.
Smallville (7 p.m., Ch. 30): Clark looks into a 40-year-old murder case and discovers he wasn't the first Kryptonian to visit Earth.
NBA basketball (7 p.m., FSN): Suns at Jazz
A Minute with Stan Hooper (7:30 p.m., Ch. 13): Stan is determined to find a letter-writing fan.
The West Wing (8 p.m., Ch. 5): The president consoles tornado victims while politics in Washington spin out of control.
The O.C. (8 p.m., Ch. 13): School starts.
Karen Sisco (9 p.m., Ch. 4): A case gets in the way of Karen's fling with a Florida Marlins pitcher.
Law & Order (9 p.m., Ch. 5): Somebody kills an identity thief.
