Am.F. man arrested after porn is found
According to Lt. Darren Falslev of the American Fork Police Department, officers located the pictures, which police believe qualify as child pornography, along with drug paraphernalia at the man's residence during an Adult Probation and Parole home visit.
Police booked the man, who was on probation, into the Utah County Jail for investigation of exploitation of a minor.
Detectives then examined all the evidence and referred the man's case to the Utah County's Attorney's Office, which is investigating 166 counts of exploitation of a minor. The man's computer hard drive was also confiscated as part of the investigation.
According to Falslev, there are no indications that any of the minors photographed are local children.
