Next Joe Millionaire (7 p.m., Ch. 13): America's dumbest hit show returns with the same format not-rich hunk (David Smith) pretends to be a millionaire looking for love, and 15 women vie for his attentions and his non-existent fortune. The twist is that these gals are all non-Americans who never saw the first show. Fox, never shy about its cheesiness, is declaring, "First we lied to America. Now we're taking on the world!" Sheesh.
7th Heaven (7 p.m., Ch. 30): Eric issues a challenge to his parishoners.
