Zachary H. Snarr, 18, died August 28, 1996 in Salt Lake County.
He was born June 12, 1978 to Ronald Parkinson and Sy Johnson Snarr in Salt Lake City.Zach loved life, family, the outdoors, hockey, his friends, photography and he loved to travel. An active member of the LDS Church, he was looking forward to serving a mission next June. He was an Eagle Scout. He worked with his father, brothers, and friends in the Snarr Brothers Yard Care business. Graduated from Highland High School.
Survived by his parents, Salt Lake; sister and brothers, Syd, Trent and Levi, Salt Lake; grandparents, Stan and Virginia Snarr, Salt Lake; Cynthia Johnson, Twin Falls, Idaho; aunts, uncles, cousins, and lots of friends. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Reed Johnson.
Zach brought much joy to every one's life and will be missed by all who knew him. We love you Zach!
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 3, 1996 at the Edgehill Ward Chapel, 1750 South 1500 East. Friends and family may call at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Dr. on Monday, Sept. 2, 1996 from 6-8 p.m. and at the Chapel on Tuesday, September 3, 1996 from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
