SeAnn Martinez

Quinn Martinez's sister, SeAnn Martinez, 27, was one of Salt Lake Metro Gang Unit's most wanted criminals the fall and winter of 2001 for her involvement in an aggravated robbery.

After a string of theft, burglary and fraud charges, her final arrest came during the Winter Olympics in 2002. Wanted on a $100,000 felony warrant, detectives tried to stop her and ended up in a car chase that reached speeds of 90 miles per hour. She drove to her parents' home in South Jordan, where she was physically taken to the ground kicking and screaming on her parents' lawn, according to detectives.

She is in custody of Utah State Corrections and is being housed at Wasatch County Jail. She is expected to come before the state Board of Pardons next May.

State and federal officials are still investigating SeAnn on federal weapons violations.

Jamie Lucero

Jamie Lucero, 27, is in federal custody in Connecticut, serving time for her part in a series of robberies during the summer of 2001.

Lucero was treated at Pioneer Valley Hospital after driving around the night of the Chevys shootings. She recovered from a gunshot wound but was later a co-defendant in three robberies at a West Valley Payless Shoe Source, a West Valley Papa John's Pizza and a Salt Lake credit union.

Lucero is expected to be released in January of 2005.

Manuel Valenti Fernandez

Manuel Valenti Fernandez, 27, who goes by the nickname "Bobo," was also in the Extended Stay motel room before Quinn Martinez went on a shooting spree.

He was wanted on warrants at the time of the Chevys shootings and went into hiding afterward.

He has an extensive criminal history, and after stints in the Salt Lake County Jail, Fernandez today is at the Utah State Prison on felony theft and burglary convictions. No parole date has been set, according to prison officials.
