ROGER RABBIT, HIDE YOUR TOYS

Bob Zemeckis, the director who gave the world the benign Roger Rabbit, is now making a movie about a psychopathic Santa. ``I just like to make people jump out of their seats,'' said Zemeckis, whose ``All Through the House'' will be part of an HBO horror trilogy that will include movies by Richard Donner and Walter Hill. Larry Drake, who won an Emmy for his ``L.A. Law'' portrayal of a retarded man, will play an asylum escapee dressed as Santa Claus who stalks a woman who has killed her husband.
