Murder Under the Mistletoe (Nov. 17 only) - Snowbird Resort presentation of a Whodunit: The Chameleons Company audience participation murder mystery and dinner. (1-801-521-6040, Ext. 4080).
Christmas in Colorado (now through Dec. 23) - Premiere of a new family comedy at the Valley Center Playhouse, Lindon (785-1186).
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (Nov. 20-Dec. 20) - Classic comedy at Valley Center Playhouse, Lindon (785-1186).
The Farley Family Xmas (Nov. 24-Dec. 30) - Queen Theatre, 460 W. 500 South, Bountiful (two blocks east of the 500 South exit). Written by and starring James Arrington. Performances at 7:30 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays-Saturdays, beginning Nov. 24, and nightly the week after Christmas. Tickets will be available at Temple View Book and Tape in Bountiful and at Fernwood's Chocolates, next to the theater. A Christmas Carol (Nov. 24-Dec. 23) - Richard Wilkins is back at the Hale Center Theater, 2801 S. Main, South Salt Lake, for his 10th season as skinflint Ebenezer Scrooge. Nightly except Sundays. (484-9257).
A Christmas Carol (Nov. 24-Dec. 23) - William Bisson and Chris H. Bower are alternating as Scrooges at the Hale Center Theater in Orem. Merrill Dodge is directing. (226-8600).
The Dickens Festival (Nov. 24-Dec. 9) - Popular holiday event at the Utah State Fairpark. It runs 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Fridays & Saturdays. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and children, or $15 for a family pass. Discount coupons available from all Smith's and R.C. Willey's locations (350-7586).
