Deadline for companies to register teams in this winter's Corporate Games and a chance to compete against each other in a variety of events is Jan. 6.
Sponsored by the Deseret News, Hardee's and Winterfest and directed by the Salt Lake City Parks and Recreation Department, the games will include popular winter events along with indoor activities. Events will include downhill and cross country skiing, basketball, bowling, checkers, table tennis, bridge, darts and others, according to Patty Price, program director.Although deadline to register is Jan. 6, companies will be accepted on a first-come basis due to limited time and facilities, Price said. Companies interested in joining may call Price at 972-7830.
