The Utah Department of Transportation has closed roads to popular summer recreation areas for the winter.

Closed roads include U-35 (Wolf Creek Pass) from the end of pavement at Woodland over Wolf Creek to the North Fork of the Duchesne River near Hanna; Guardsman's Pass, U-152, from Brighton to the junction with U-224 at Bonanza Flat; and U-224 from Wasatch Mountain State Park via Pine Creek to junction with U-152 at Bonanza Flat and on to Park City. The department keeps these and other summer recreation roads open through summer and deer hunting season, then maintenance is discontinued until spring and the roads are closed.

Motorists who proceed past the closure signs do so at their own risk, since the roads are not patrolled or plowed.
