Born Salt Lake City, February 20, 1942, to Bryant H. and Lucile C. Higgs. Graduated East High School. Salesman and business owner. Worked with father and grandfather to create Gilgal Garden. Kind to his mother-in-law. Enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survived by wife, Linda; sister, Mary Ann (James) Dresher (Bountiful); children, step-children, grandchildren, extended family. Tom requested no services. Ashes to be spread over Utah mountains.
