1939 ~ 2004
Lyle Sant passed away June 15, 2004 from complications of Post-polio Syndrome. He was diagnosed with polio when he was 10 months old and spent most of the next six years at the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in Salt Lake City.
Lyle attended Idaho State University and Salt Lake Trade Tech. He worked at Litton Industries for 30 years building guidance systems. He loved fishing and hunting, particularly in southern Utah with his brother, uncle and cousins.
Lyle was born October 7, 1939 in Preston, Idaho to Kenneth L. and May Williamson Sant.
He is survived by his brother, Lloyd Sant and sisters Hazel (Norman) Sparks, Loann Sant, Elaine Sant and Linda Sant. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Una Sant.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 18, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 1750 East 3300 South. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East.
