"Our Little Hero"

Anchorage, Alaska Carson Wallace Henrie, age 2, passed away March 30, 2008 at his home in Anchorage, surrounded by his loving family. Carson was born March 3, 2006 in Anchorage to Clinton C. and Heidi McCallister Henrie. At 16 months, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and fought through seven months of treatments. He touched the lives of all who knew him. Carson displayed amazing courage and had an enormous will to live.

Carson is survived by his parents; his big sister, Hanna, age 4 and little brother, Jaxon age 4 weeks; his grandparents, Gloria and Bob Dickinson, Dave and Linda McCallister, Sherril Henrie. He is recently preceded in death by his beloved grandpa, Wallace Henrie.

Graveside service will be Friday, April 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Panguitch Cemetery. Viewing, 10:00 a.m. Panguitch LDS Stake Center, 550 South 100 West on Friday. A light luncheon and slide show tribute will follow after the graveside back at the Stake Center.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the cancer fund of your choice in Carson's memory. Donations may also be made to the Carson Henrie Medical Donation Fund at Wells Fargo Bank. The funds generated will be forwarded to another family in need in a similar situation.

The family of Carson Wallace Henrie wishes to thank all the wonderful nurses, doctors, family members and friends who cared for and loved Carson throughout his illness.
