Obituary: Alfred V. Gouge

Alfred V. Gouge 9/17/19 ~ 11/2/07 Alfred was born to Charles and Viola Gouge in Gentry, Arkansas. He married Florence Richardson in October 1941 in Shelly, Idaho. They had three children, Weston A.(Diana), Dennis L. (Sharon); and was preceded in death by his daughter Pamela, his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He has nine grandchildren and several great-grand-children. Al is also survived by two brothers and one sister. He loved hunting, fishing, and baseball. He coached baseball and umpired for 30 years. He was always willing to help anyone and will be greatly missed. He will live forever in our hearts in the lessons that he taught us. A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening, November 6, from 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State, Murray. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 7, at 2 p.m., with a viewing one hour prior to services. Condolences can be shared with the family at www.jenkins-soffe.com
