With change in a new Salt Lake City mayor, it's time to change the City Council as well. We need to get rid of all the old, dreary incumbents who are no longer effective. It's time to elect Luke Garrott to replace Nancy Saxton. Garrott has a plan and many ideas to save our historic neighborhoods, preserve open space, generate new business for downtown, preserve small-business owners and follow the master plan of Salt Lake City so it doesn't become another Sugar House by kicking small businesses out.
