Eva Watts Oviatt "Together Again" Eva Watts Oviatt, age 90, passed away March 16, 2007. Born July 28, 1916 in Byron, Wyoming to John Thomas and Ida Ella Sellers Watts. Graduated from BYU. Married George Herman Oviatt, Jr. February 26, 1938 in Provo, Utah; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church serving in various positions. Served in the Manti Temple with her husband for many years. They raised their family in Carbonville area then moved to Manti. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, and remodeling. Survived by her children, Vatia (Wayne) Jones, Manti, UT, Deola (Hap) Kimble, Wesson, MS, Retha Llewelyn, West Jordan, UT, Ted (Bonnie) Oviatt, Castle Rock, CO, Annette (Craig) Niebuhr, Murray, UT, Roger (Vickie) Oviatt, Taylorsville, UT; 20 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild. Preceded in death by her husband, Herman. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 9-10:15 a.m. prior to services. Graveside services 3 p.m. at the Cleveland Cemetery.
