Betty Jean DeSpain 1922 ~ 2006 Betty Jean DeSpain, beloved mother, grandmother, friend, passed away November 1, 2006 in South Jordan, UT. Born November 4th, 1922, married to Darrel Oral DeSpain May 27, 1942 and sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. Betty was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ in which she held many positions. She was always doing service for others. For her giving heart all those she came in contact with loved her. She was very devoted to her family. Survived by sons, Dean DeSpain, Del (Olivia) DeSpain, Clint (Lynn) DeSpain; daughter, Connie Bennett; seven grandchildren and 14 great- grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband Darrel; son, Danny; Aunt, Alta Miller; her mother and father; and brother, Boyd. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 4, 2006, at 12 Noon in the Kearns 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 3980 West Dimrall Drive (5615 So.) Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Midvale, Friday 6-8 p.m. or Saturday at the church from 10:45-11:45 a.m. Interment, Midvale City Cemetery.
