STARING AT SOVIETS BANNED
The 30 Soviet inspectors stationed at Hercules Inc. won't have to worry about groups of gawkers gathering at the gates: the City Council has approved a resolution allowing street signs prohibiting parking or standing along 64th West.
The council Thursday unanimously approved the resolution requested by Hercules to post the signs along 64th West between 47th and 54th South to prevent people from congesting the two-lane highway that straddles the aerospace plant.
