1963 ~ 2003
Shauna Lyn Carlisle Carter, age 40, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2003, surrounded by her family in the American Fork Hospital.
She was born June 27, 1963 in American Fork, Utah to Dennis Lee and Mary Lyn Brown Carlisle.
She graduated from American Fork High School and L.D.S. Seminary. She married Paul Christensen June 25, 1982, with whom she had two sons. She later divorced and married Carey Carter, June 10, 1995 with whom she had one son. They divorced. Shauna was a member of the American Fork 4th Ward. She was active with sports and coached several teams including her own sons.
She is survived by her parents of Alpine, three sons: Joshua Christensen, Jonathan Christensen and Jace Carter all of American Fork; three brothers: Kyle Carlisle (Belva), Pleasant Grove, UT; Craig Carlisle (Denise), Alpine, UT and Kent Carlisle (Sandy), Lehi, UT.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 8, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 4th Ward Chapel, at 451 East 300 North, American Fork, UT. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services and on Friday, November 7, 2003 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary at 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Utah. Interment will be in the Alpine City Cemetery.
