Big Brother 4 (7 p.m., Ch. 2): The stupidity continues.

Last Comic Standing (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Somebody wins in the two-hour finale.

American Juniors (7 p.m., Ch. 13): The competition continues.

Gilmore Girls (7 and 8 p.m., Ch. 30): Rory makes some big decisions about college in back-to-back episodes. (Repeat)

Life with Bonnie (7:30 p.m., Ch. 4): Carl Reiner guest stars as the TV station's owner. (Repeat)

Cupid (8 p.m., Ch. 2): After seeing the behavior of Lisa and her two snotty friends, why would anyone want to date any of them?

The O.C. (8 p.m., Ch. 13): This new prime-time soap of sorts wants to be "Beverly Hills, 90210" for the 21st century. It's not bad, but it's certainly not the best new show of the fall season, as Fox has asserted repeatedly in its inaccurate promotions. In tonight's premiere, a kid from the wrong side of Southern California moves to the rich side of Orange County (thus, the title) and finds out the privileged have their problems, too.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (8 p.m., Ch. 24): Eliza Dushku (who, by the way, is starring in the new Fox time-travel drama "Tru Calling" in the fall) returns as Faith the vampire slayer, to lend Buffy a hand. (Repeat)

Less Than Perfect (8:30 p.m., Ch. 4): Bob Odenkirk guest stars as an overly ambitious correspondent. (Repeat)

P.O.V. (9 p.m., Ch. 7): "American Aloha: Hula Beyond Hawaii" looks at island natives who keep their culture alive after moving to the mainland.
