• N.Y. Giants LB Bryan Kehl (Brighton HS/BYU) got extensive playing time in loss to the Vikings, and led defense with nine total tackles, a sack, two tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry.

• Pittsburgh DL Brett Keisel (BYU) had five total tackles and deflected a pass in win over the Browns.

• Pittsburgh OL Chris Kemoeatu (Utah) started and helped his offense average 5 yards per rush in win over the Browns.

• Dallas OL Pat McQuistan (Weber State) got some playing time and struggled in loss to the Eagles.

• Baltimore DL Haloti Ngata (Highland HS) had two tackles and took a pitch from Ed Reed on an interception and advanced the ball 7 yards in win over the Jaguars.

• Tampa Bay OL Donald Penn (Utah State) helped offense gain 382 yards in loss to the Raiders.

• Green Bay LB Brady Poppinga (BYU) started and recorded five total tackles, including one that went for a loss, in win over the Lions.

• N.Y. Jets DL Sione Pouha (East HS/Utah) played as a reserve and recorded no stats in loss to the Dolphins.

• Kansas City WR Kevin Robinson (Utah State) returned two punts for 15 yards in loss to the Bengals.

• San Francisco OL Barry Sims (Park City HS/Utah) started and helped his offense average 4.7 yards per rush in win over the Redskins.

• Miami LB Derek Smith (American Fork HS) played as a reserve and recorded no stats in win over the Jets.

• Carolina WR Steve Smith (Utah) had five catches for 134 yards in win over the Saints.

• Miami DT Paul Soliai (Utah) played as a reserve and recorded no stats in win over the Jets.

• Minnesota FB Naufahu Tahi (Granger HS/BYU) came off the bench and caught two passes for 4 yards in win over the Giants.

• Chicago OL John Tait (BYU) had another tough game as offense gained just 294 yards in loss to the Texans.

• Cleveland OL Scott Young (Hillcrest HS/BYU) got his first playing time of the season in loss to the Steelers, was used as a run-blocking tight end and was flagged for two holding penalties.

• Oakland WR Todd Watkins (BYU) came off the bench and recorded no stats, but drew a pass-interference penalty that went for 43 yards in win over the Buccaneers.
