As if that needs questioning at all after the lofty accomplishments of the program.

The Broncos are embroiled in a local bowl issue, staying at home, helping the local economy and supporting the Humanitarian Bowl by playing somebody from the logjam that is the ACC. Undefeated Ball State doesn't want to play on BSU's home turf. Who can blame them?

Boise State can set the stage for MWC presidents to be impressed and move toward expansion in such a bowl matchup.

Well, maybe.

But it can't hurt for BSU to accept an invitation to San Diego and California, home for the majority of their players and recruits.

This would also be a great opportunity to rectify memories of other failed BSU bowl appearances of late (three of the last four). Aside from that thrilling win over Oklahoma, BSU has lost to Louisville, Boston College and East Carolina.

TCU and Boise State?

Love it.
