"The Richfield community has gone out of their way to be hospitable," he said. A large volunteer effort and huge community support also enhance the experience these teams are having at the tournaments.

And the floor these kids play on couldn't be any higher quality.

It's the same court used by the Utah Starzz of the WNBA before they moved to San Antonio.

RODEO TROPHY AT HOME IN UTAH: The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food Building will remain the home of the National High School Finals Championship traveling trophy.

The 24 Utah cowboys and cowgirls who made up this summer's National Finals team won the National Championship for the third consecutive year in July. The student athletes presented the trophy to Commissioner Leonard Blackham at the Department of Agriculture in mid-October.

Milford High's Spencer Wright won the Saddle Bronc Riding event, Taci Shaffer of Hyde Park, was crowned the National High School Rodeo Queen, and the Utah boys won the Boys Champion Team while the Utah girls won the Girls Champion Team competition.

Utah and Texas have dominated the national competition for the past 15 years with Utah winning the national crown seven times with Texas winning six times.
