3. Layton (22-4) Class: 5A

Was: 3. Last week: 1-0. Outlook: Big win over Viewmont puts the Lancers in charge of their own destiny.

4.Northridge (25-1) Class: 5A

Was: 4. Last week:1-0. Outlook: Andrea Mitchell and Lorin McDavid are only part of the reason the Knights tied for region's top spot.

5. Brighton (13-3) Class: 5A

Was: 5. Last week: 1-0. Outlook: Lori Mendenhall is leading a talented, athletic group through region play without a loss.

6. Morgan (14-4) Class: 3A

Was: 7. Last week: . Outlook: The Trojans swept Skyline and continued winning ways in region play.

9. Viewmont (13-14) Class: 5A

Was: 14. Last week: 0-1. Outlook: Region 1 is brutal but the Vikings are playing with the best teams. Last loss was to Layton.

10.Murray (14-4) Class: 4A

Was: 6. Last week: 0-1. Outlook: The Spartans get a wake-up call and have to share the region's top honor.

11.Orem (15-3) Class: 4A

Was: 8. Last week: 1-0. Outlook: Hannah Robinson, April Robins and Ella Moe have the Tigers atop region 7 standings.

12. Snow Canyon (17-5) Class: 4A

Was: 11. Last week: 2-0. Outlook: The Warriors edge Dixie in a thrilling five game match to stay unbeaten in region 9.

13. Dixie (18-8) Class: 5A

Was: 12. Last week: 0-1. Outlook: The Flyers made it as close a match as it gets but ultimately fall to the Warriors.

14. Richfield (24-3) Class: 2A

Was: -. Last week: 9-0. Outlook: Size doesn't matter to the Wildcats as they win their own tournament this weekend.

15. South Sevier (23-5) Class: 2A

Was:-. Last week: 8-1. Outlook: The Rams only loss was in the championship match to Richfield. This team could compete at any level.
