Several Latter-day Saints have taken advantage of their opportunities through the first five weeks of the National Football League season — none more so than Spencer Larsen.

Larsen is one of 35 members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints listed on NFL team rosters. The rookie from Gilbert, Ariz., who was selected in the sixth round of the 2008 NFL draft as a linebacker, is now a starter for the Denver Broncos — as a fullback.
