VOLLEYBALL: Kathryn Haynie surpassed 1,000 kills and the Utah volleyball team earned its fifth consecutive win of the season in a three-game sweep, 25-13, 25-14, 25-22, against UNLV on Thursday at Crimson Court.

Haynie reached 1,000 kills for her career and led the way for the Utes with a match-high 11 kills on 24 swings for a .375 hitting percentage. Haynie was the only player in double-figures for the Utes and also chipped in five digs and three blocks.
