Hold Questar accountable
Questar Gas is granted a virtual monopoly in this market. Businesses that operate in highly competitive markets would envy such a luxury. It is a sad day when Questar's position allows it to be rewarded for poor management at the expense of ratepayers who have little or no other choice for natural gas service.
There is nothing wrong, unfair or high handed about asking that the Public Service Commission hold Questar accountable for its error, not the ratepayers.
