Crimes impeachable

Gross, impeachable offenses — "high crimes and misdemeanors"— have been committed repeatedly by the president and vice president. These crimes demand impeachment. If we're not going to live by a rule of law, let's just dissolve Congress and submit to a dictator. At least that would be honest.
