Governor's medal nominations

Nominations of individuals who have provided distinguished service to Utah's science and technology research and industry are being accepted for the 2008 Governor's Medal.

The Utah State Advisory Council on Science and Technology is responsible for administering the award and for recommending nominees to Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr.

Nominations can be made on a one-page form available at goed.utah.gov/science/governors_medal/documents/06Nominationform_000.pdf.

Categories are academic, science education, industry and government.
