Two prominent community members were recently appointed to help make policy decisions and set strategic direction for Westminster College, as members of the college's board of trustees.

Kim T. Adamson, Utah senior justice court judge, and Andrew Harding, president and CEO for Kennecott Utah Copper, will join the institution's 35-member governing board.

An avid runner and skier, Harding has held operating positions in the iron ore, energy and aluminum industries. He earned an MBA and bachelor's degree in Australia. Adamson, a Westminster alumna, has served in various capacities locally and at the school and continues to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a Chief Warrant Officer-5.

"I'm thrilled to welcome Kim and Andrew as our newest trustees," said Westminster College President Michael Bassis. "Their diverse backgrounds will provide the board with unique perspectives that will help us achieve our strategic goals."
