CEDAR CITY — Crews are mobilizing to battle a wildfire burning about 20 miles north of here.

The Bureau of Land Management said Tuesday the Narrows wildfire is currently 630 acres in size and about 25 percent contained. The Color Country Interagency Fire Center said it expects the fire to be contained by Friday.

The fire is burning in areas of pinyon juniper, sage brush and grass. No structures are being threatened, but the wildfire is burning in areas of wildlife habitat and grazing management lands.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
