SPANISH FORK — The City Council recently approved a curbside recycling program that will start as soon as 2,000 households sign up.

The council approved the measure May 20, assistant city manager Seth Perrins said, but 2,000 households need to sign up for the program to get under way.

Interested residents can sign up for the program by going to www.spanishfork.org/recycle/. The monthly cost for the service is $6 to $7 per month.
