Campaign reform overdue
I am disgusted at the millions of dollars wasted on the never-ending presidential campaign. We have been subjected to the endless rhetoric of the candidates since last year, and we have more to endure this year. We citizens gain nothing by their empty promises. Campaign reform is long overdue. Limit the time of a campaign to six months prior to an election. Place a reasonable ceiling on the amount of dollars that can be spent on an individual campaign. Life would then be much more productive for all.
