LDS Church preparing relief for quake victims
A spokesman for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said it has been working to learn how it can best help provide relief for the quake victims.
"We learned yesterday that the Chinese government will be accepting international relief supplies to help those affected by the earthquake in southwestern China, Scott Trotter said Wednesday. Church leaders are communicating and coordinating with other relief agencies to determine what supplies are needed and how the church can best help in this situation."
