U.S. health care the best

While there are plenty of Michael Moore videos on YouTube touting the greatness of socialized medicine, at least here in America you can get in to see a doctor right when you need to. Most doctors are willing to work out a payment plan if you don't have insurance.

I suffer from ruptured cysts and have been without insurance while being treated. I couldn't afford more than a $10 monthly payment, which was accepted as long as I made the payment each month.

Canada's socialized health care may have been great in the past. No longer.
