NBA playoffs: Cavaliers at Celtics (5 p.m., ESPN); Hornets at Spurs (7:30 p.m., ESPN)

Survivor (7 p.m., Ch. 2): One of the final five is eliminated; the other four compete for the million bucks in Sunday's season finale (7 p.m., Ch. 2)

Ugly Betty (7 p.m., Ch. 4): Betty throws a baby shower for Charlie. And if you missed the news earlier this week, Lindsay Lohan is going to join the cast of this show (as a mean girl Betty knew in high school — she'll make her first appearance on the May 22 season finale and return for five episodes in the fall).

My Name Is Earl (7 p.m., Ch. 5): Earl locates Billie.

Smallville (7 p.m., Ch. 30): By the way, Michael Rosenbaum has confirmed that he's leaving his role of Lex Luthor at the end of this season. Seven years of shaving your head almost every day is a tough gig.

Scrubs (7:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Dr. Cox weaves a bedtime fairy tale for his son that features the staff of Sacred Heart. This is the last Scrubs episode that will air on NBC, although it's still expected that a final season of the series will air on ABC sometime during the next TV season.

Grey's Anatomy (8 p.m., Ch. 4): Meredith and Derek admit a new patient to their clinical trial.

30 Rock (8:31 p.m., Ch. 5): This show just gets funnier and funnier. In tonight's season finale, Jack goes to work for the Bush administration (Matthew Broderick guest stars as a co-worker), and Liz thinks she's pregnant.

Without a Trace (9:01 p.m., Ch. 2): A hero disappears.

Lost (9:02 p.m., Ch. 4): Locke locates Jacob's cabin.

ER (9:01 p.m., Ch. 5): Abby is offered a new job.
